1 Project-/ Service descriptionAs an Elia Academy Architect, the service is responsible for the Architecture of the Learning Management System (LMS) in SAP SuccessFactors, in terms of maintenance and processes. Together with the Elia Acad-emy Designers and The Training Center, the service guides the team in how to configure the training paths to be deployed in the LMS, tests this configuration in the test environment, provides guidance for the use of (new) features, and helps integrating the new training paths into the LMS according to defined guide-lines.
The service will also be closely working together with the Business Analysts and the external supplier for the resolution of technical configuration design and user issues related to the learning journeys uploaded in the LMS.
The service will include:
• Working together with the Elia Academy Designer & Training Center you will work out and test the LMS configuration(s) for new training paths, you will provide guidance and advise on potential (new – unused) LMS features. You will test these configurations and always keep them as simple as possible.
• Working out new and simpler LMS-configurations for the complex training paths and liaise with the reporting specialist to ensure the new configurations fit the reporting requirements.
• Supporting the Elia Academy Training Center with the resolution of technical user issues that might arise in the LMS. If you cannot resolve the issue, you will have to transfer the issue to the Level 3 support via a Jira-ticket. You will also follow-up on the Jira-tickets and communicate the solutions within Elia Academy.
• Based on the above activities, creating and updating the documentation (Work Instructions and Quick Reference Guides).
• Liaising with all stakeholders (Designers, Training Center, colleague-Architects) within the Elia Academy to transfer your knowledge about new and yet unused LMS features that might be of value.
• Focus on user experience and simplification.
2 Profile requirements
Must have requirements:
• fluent in Dutch + French + English. Teamwork with businesses or external partners and can easily build relationships of trust with them.
• more than 7 years of experience in configuring and using the LMS SAP SuccessFactors as a Configu-ration Consultant (knowledge of Items, Curriculum, Programs, Assignment Profiles, Exams, … and the logic behind it).
• Preferably, certified in LMS SAP SuccessFactors (Learning).
• passionate analyst; the satisfaction of internal customers is essential.
Additional requirements:
• an eye for good documentation and can write and explain (train) qualitative guidelines and in-structions.
• dare to challenge the business requirements with the goal to create simplification in the LMS.
• are organized and manage your priorities effectively.
