Description
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather and interpret technical and business requirements, generating design documents for integrations, reports, and data.
- Work closely with implementation partners, furnishing them with comprehensive documented requirements.
- Provide guidance to the testing team regarding scenario creation for testing.
- Manage and resolve any issues identified by the testing team or third-party vendors, ensuring design documents are updated accordingly.
Required Experience:
- While prior Workday experience is not mandatory, familiarity with similar ERP systems within finance and professional services, particularly with integrations, is essential. However, experience with Workday would be advantageous.
- Profound understanding of financial processes and operations within professional services.
- Demonstrated track record as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst, ideally with exposure to Workday financials and professional services automation models.
This is a hybrid role with 2/3 days in the London office.
