As a Helpdesk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and assisting internal users with IT-related issues. This is a contract position, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our client's IT Service Desk.
Key Responsibilities- Responding to and resolving IT-related queries and incidents from internal users
- Providing excellent customer service and technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, diagnosing and resolving problems
- Logging and prioritizing incidents and service requests
- Escalating complex issues to senior team members or other appropriate departments
- Experience in an IT Service Desk or Helpdesk Analyst role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service
