Internal Communications Consultant
Contract, Outside IR35, circa £450/day, 6 months
London/Hybrid
A leading client in an interesting niche of consumer/product/supply chain data are looking for an Internal Communications Consultant to help review existing communications processes, and develop a new internal communication strategy. You'll be working closely with a tight-knit team to ensure that internal communications and employee engagement are a success across the business.
Day-to-day in this Communications Consultant role:
- Shape and deliver a new communications strategy, reviewing and adapting existing policies
- Develop an annual calendar of multichannel content to support the leadership team to tell stories about purpose, values and behaviours
- Create and share content for internal channels (Sharepoint, Teams)
- Partner with marketing, HR, and business planning
- Analyse effectiveness of internal communications using datadriven insights
Ideal experience for this Communications Consultant role:
- Experience of internal communications in both large and small organisations
- Experience of content creation for online and offline channels
- Experience working directly with senior leadership
- Experience analysing existing processes and creating new strategies
- Experience working with Sharepoint
- Professional qualifications such as CIM or CAM are a bonus but not an essential
