• Support Production environment.• Handle Incidents and Service requests.
• Plan and schedule Changes coordinating with different stakeholders.
• Work on Service Requests based on SOPs.
• Follow defined quality and security compliance.
• Perform Trend analysis, identify top call drivers and work with respective Teams to minimize incident count.
• Patch management.
• Vendor coordination.
• Automation of tasks using Shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience in RedHat Linux 7, 8, 9 & Suse 12.x.
• Experience in Linux and AIX product engineering.
• Experience in LVM and User Management.
• Update, maintenance, and Installation of Linux servers.
• Experience in patch management of Linux infrastructure (Manual and BigFix tool).
• Good knowledge of Clusters Solutions such as PowerHA, RedHat Cluster, PCS cluster etc.
• Satellite Server Configuration and Administration.
• Work on DR activities.
• Knowledge of Patch management for AIX infrastructure.
• Trend Analysis and Capacity planning for the OS Parameters issues like CPU, Memory & Disk space.
• Good understanding of ITIL practices.
• Good documentation and presentation skills.
