Role: Protection & Control Engineer
Location: Hybrid Role; Expected to work in the office 50% of the time any of the core offices Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen, or Inverness
Duration: 6 monthsContract: Inside IR35

Qualified to a minimum of HND level in Electrical Engineering.
- Demonstrable technical skills in Transmission protection and control specification and scheme design, as well as the skills to calculate protection settings for implementation.
- Confidence to technically assess engineering problems and critically assess a range of technical solutions.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate diligence and prioritise tasks, as well as a thorough understanding of relevant legislation, including CDM and ESQCR, and the implications of this for Transmission network management.
- Ideally, candidates should be Chartered Engineers or working towards this.
- Ideally, experience with Protection & Control Engineering on UK projects
