We are looking for a “Radio Network Optimization”(RNO) specialist with extensive knowledge of 3GPP and Layer 3. Our client does not work on a project basis, but we need an internal consultant, that is an expert with deep understanding of debugging of drive test layer 3 messaging.Project Details:
• Starting period: ASAP
• Ending period: 01.04.2024 (extension possible)
• Location: Remote
• Capacity: 4 days/week
• Language: English
• Only Nearshore Resources
Must have skills:

• Layer 3
• 3GPP
• Debugging
