Sales Operations Analyst

12 months contract, potential extension

London - Islington: 3 days office/2 days home, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.

The primary function of the Sales Operations Analyst is to improve the organization's market position and achieve financial growth. They must assist in defining long-term strategic goals, developing key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and negotiating/closing business transactions. They will collaborate with marketing and growth teams to plan launches and write sales documents. They may also collaborate with legal/trade on compliance. They may communicate with external suppliers if a product launch necessitates it.

The team collaborates with the regional sales director's sales pillar to ensure that the VR projects are properly planned. They conduct quarterly sales reviews, analyze trends, and map economic factors. They are operations-focused, not salespeople.

Job Responsibilities:

Business Trends Monitoring

Staying updated with business trends.

Researching market trends, customer industries, and competition.

Identifying potential clients and decision makers.

Building relationships and arranging meetings.

Planning and delivering pitches to clients.

Participating in pricing and negotiation of solutions.

Forecasting sales and deals.

Maintaining sales records and tracking activity.

Telco Business Support Role

Collaborating on sales documentation, including performance and quarterly reviews.

Developing NPI (New Product Introduction) plans and executing in specific regions.

Preparing sales briefs.

Collaborating with XFNs on information requests and sales data presentation.

Drafting quarterly sales reviews.

Writing weekly sales reports.

Attending weekly sales reviews and action plans.

Inputting contracts into internal tools and general admin.

Attending sales launches and roadshows.

Required skills:

Sales Operations Expertise

Strong presenter

Analyzes sales businesses and implements actions

Experienced with product launches

Strong Google suite user

Excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, interpersonal skills

Networking and relationship building

Good organization and planning

VR/AR Technology Experience
