By coaching the team, you ensure that 1 + 1 equals 3.You have proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead in a development team. You work from an Agile and Lean mindset and can convey it to the rest of the organization (e.g., stakeholders). You are deeply familiar with this domain and know how to apply it in practice. You will be part of a dynamic department consisting of multiple teams, including product owners, developers, designers, and fellow team leads.
You have knowledge of the design and development cycle of digital products and can detect and address problems smoothly. You have experience applying facilitation techniques to collaboratively gain better insights. You are familiar with various agility-supporting techniques and can implement them in the team. You are positive-minded and can convey this to the team. You are part of the solution, not the problem. You have experience with mobile and web front-end teams and are knowledgeable in the world of product architecture. You are transparent and prefer to keep things simple.
