Description

As a pioneering leader in our technology division, we are seeking a dynamic and autonomous VoIP Product Owner to spearhead a significant migration project from an older infrastructure to a state-of-the-art Cisco VoIP system (CUCM and related technologies) and to prepare VoIP next generation platform. This role blends strategic leadership with domain expertise, offering a unique opportunity to drive change and innovation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Migration Leadership: Direct and manage the entire migration process, ensuring a seamless transition to the new Cisco VoIP infrastructure.
• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day VoIP operations, with a focus on achieving exceptional reliability and performance standards.
• Automation and Standardization: Implement automation strategies for provisioning and device restoration to ensure minimal recovery time objectives (RTO) and recovery point objectives (RPO). Promote uniformity in configurations across the system.
• Agile Project Management: Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources efficiently. Regularly evaluate project progress and adjust as necessary.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with management, demonstrating progress and aligning with strategic goals.
• Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, guiding team members towards successful project completion.

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience in managing large-scale VoIP migration projects, particularly with Cisco Systems.
• Strong background in network engineering and VoIP technologies.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of driving a team towards success while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to work autonomously and make decisive, effective decisions.
