RF engineers with 3 to 5 years of experience in network performance monitoring and troubleshooting using 2G and 3G counters and vendors KPI formulas. Specific hands on experience with Huawei BSC and RAN equipments, M2000 OSS, CHR/P-CHR, network performance analysis tools such as Nastar, MOS 5200, DAMS, PRS, are highly desirable. The candidate should have also experience with analysis of DT logfiles, analysis of layer 1 and layer 3 signalling messages for abnomal call behavior using such tools
