Description
- Design and Implementation experience of complex Identity & Access Governance solutions for large scale customers across various industry verticals.
- Mature understanding and implementation experience on user life cycle management processes.
- Experience on Saviynt is desirable, Experience on any other Identity & Access Governance solution is also considered.
- Experience on configuring and driving end to end Access Certification Campaign.
- Experience in cloud Identity & Access Governance solution will be plus.
- Experience in Design, Architecting and driving Access Governance projects.
- Play an active role in the execution of the project and demonstrate strong technical leadership
- Demonstrate knowledge of market trends and competition in Identity and Access Management Domain.
- Demonstrate the capabilities in understanding the clients' business environment and map the requirements into IAM solutions and proactively suggest alternatives as and when required
- Demonstrate the leadership capabilities to lead/manage the team (3 - 5 members) in on-site/Off-shore model.
Required Skills
- 7 + years' experience Identity & Access Governance tool including high-level design, Low-level design, and Implementation.
- Extensive experience on best practices implementation in SailPoint/Saviynt forms, workflows and customization in Identity and Access Governance solution.
- A mature understanding of the IAG connector framework including OOTB connector and custom connector development.
- Experience on enabling automation in customer environment is desirable.
- Experience in Role Engineering, Role Defining, and Role life cycle management.
- Experience in Access Certification enablement and workflows.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least a few of the following directories:
- Oracle Internet Directory/Oracle Virtual Directory
- Sun Directory Server
- Active Directory
- CA Directory
- Should have the ability to understand customer scenario and requirements (may include integration situations) and be capable of suggesting solutions.
- Should have experience in programming languages like Java, .net, Scripting languages ( Perl, Shell)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts.
Qualifications:
- 10 + years of strong IAG implementation experience
- Strong oral, written communications skills
- Customer Facing Exposure is must
- The CISSP certification is a bonus
