The primary responsibility of a Desktop Support Engineer is comprehensive user and system support.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In their day to day function, Desktop Support Engineers are responsible for the installation, administration, and support of hardware and software<\/strong>. They also advise on questions about the network environment<\/strong> and are responsible for mobile devices and applications. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
