Some of these countries include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#1 Croatia<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Croatia<\/strong> recently launched a new visa scheme for freelancers and digital nomads. The best part about this visa is that it comes with tax exemptions and is <strong>valid for up to 1 year.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Those who wish to apply for this visa can do so online. You will be required to submit the following documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of remote work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Income statements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of a minimum income of \u20ac2.539,31 per month. For 12 months, must have proof of a minimum of \u20ac30.471,72 in available funds. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid health insurance&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rent contract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Background check<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your visa is approved (which can take up to 3-4 weeks), digital nomads will be required to register with the Croatian authorities by providing them with their Croatian address.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#2 Estonia<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Estonia<\/strong> was one of the first countries to implement a programme for foreign freelancers and entrepreneurs in hopes of launching itself as an international tech hub.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Digital nomads have 2 options when it comes to the digital nomad visa &#8211; they can either apply for a <strong>Type C visa <\/strong>(one that allows them to stay for no more than 90 days)<strong> <\/strong>or a<strong> Type D visa <\/strong>(one that allows them to stay for a year).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong> <\/strong>The requirements for these visas are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documents proving that you are a location-independent freelancer or digital nomad<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of monthly income (no less than $3,545)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid health Insurance&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can easily fill in the <strong>application form online<\/strong> and then submit it to an Estonian embassy or consulate in your country. Applications are typically reviewed in a period of 30 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#3 Czech Republic<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Czech Republic offers freelancers and digital nomads a special visa called the <strong><em>zivno visa<\/em> <\/strong>which roughly translates to \u2018trade licence\u2019. There are essentially<strong> 2 types of <em>freiberufler visas<\/em> <\/strong>to consider here: <strong>visas for artists and visas for other professionals.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The artist visa is only for artists who plan on living in Berlin during their stay. Artists who plan on dwelling in other parts of Germany must apply for the other visa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The visa requirements for other professionals include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of health insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of financial stability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The requirements for the artist visa include much of the same things above but you may also be required to submit documentation that confirms your activities as an artist (portfolio, artistic history, degrees, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-background\" style=\"background-color:#f3f3f3\">Read more about the<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.freelancermap.com\/blog\/freelancing-in-germany\/#visa\">German Self-employed Visa<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#6 Hungary<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hungary\u2019s digital nomad visa is called the<strong> <em>White Card<\/em>. <\/strong>The White Card scheme allows freelancers to live in Hungary for <strong>up to a year<\/strong> and still work for an overseas company. Those wishing to stay longer also have the option to extend it further.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The requirements for Hungary\u2019s White Card are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document proving the purpose of travel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of financial means<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of accommodation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#7 Portugal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Freelancers hoping to live and work in Portugal can apply for the temporary resident visa, also called the<strong> <em>D7 Digital Nomad Visa<\/em><\/strong>, offered by the country. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This visa allows you to live in Portugal for <strong>1 year<\/strong> and <strong>can even be used as a way to obtain permanent residency.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following are what you\u2019ll need to apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of regular or passive income<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of accommodation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Portuguese NIF number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Portuguese bank account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of clean criminal record<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#8 Iceland<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Iceland offers workers the chance to live and work in Iceland through their <strong><em>long-term remote work visa<\/em><\/strong>. However, unlike most other countries on this list, digital nomads <strong>can only stay for around 6 months once they\u2019ve obtained the visa.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The requirements for this long-term remote visa are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document proving the purpose of your stay<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of monthly income (no less than $7,700)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clean criminal record certificate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#9 Malta<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The digital nomad visa scheme in Malta, also called the <strong><em>Malta Nomad Residence Permit<\/em><\/strong>, is much like the other countries mentioned in this article &#8211; <strong>valid for 1 year with the option of renewal.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following are the requirements for Malta\u2019s residence permit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of monthly income (no less than $2,740)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A work contract for an employer that is registered in a foreign country<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of freelancing services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid travel document<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health insurance (including full vaccination against COVID-19)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of accommodation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#10 Romania<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Romania offers <strong>non-EU professionals<\/strong> the chance to work in the country as a way of getting their economy to re-activate after the effects of the pandemic. Once issued, the visa is<strong> valid for 1 year<\/strong> and can be extended further if the necessary requirements are met. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s what you\u2019ll need to apply for a Romanian visa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of remote employment for at least three years<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid proof of monthly income (no less than $4,170)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clean criminal record certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of accommodation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid health insurance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#11 Svalbard Islands (Norway)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Being a member of the Schengen Area, Norway has a digital nomad visa for professionals wishing to relocate to the <strong>Svalbard islands.<\/strong> The best part about this visa is that, once issued, it remains <strong>valid for the entirety of the digital nomad\u2019s life!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, for those who wish to reside in Norway, the country also offers the <strong>Independent Contractor visa <\/strong>&#8211; a scheme designed for individuals who have at least one Norwegian client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The requirements for this visa are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid Passport&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of remote work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of yearly income (no less than $36,160)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contract with a Norwegian client&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of accommodation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#12 Cyprus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Republic of Cyprus just recently launched a new digital visa scheme for individuals who would like to enjoy all the benefits of living on the island, while working for foreign companies. The visa is a kind of residence permit that allows <strong>freelancers to live in the country for up to 1 year, with the option of renewal. <\/strong>Here\u2019s what you\u2019ll need to apply for this visa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of remote work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of monthly income (no less than $3,590)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clean criminal record certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid health insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of accommodation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#13 Spain<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Spain launched a digital nomad visa scheme in June 2023 that allows remote workers to live in Spain for <strong>1 year with an option to renew their visa for 4 more years.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Like the other countries, there are a few requirements that need to be met in order for a remote worker to be eligible for Spain&#8217;s digital nomad visa. These are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An undergraduate or postgraduate degree or a minimum of 3 years of work experience <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of monthly income (no less than $2,310)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clean criminal record certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of working for a foreign company<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of accommodation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#14 Latvia<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Latvian government announced the country&#8217;s digital nomad visa scheme in early 2022. The visa allows <strong>foreigners from OECD countries to live and work in Latvia for up to 2 years<\/strong> while working for companies abroad. Workers <strong>can also apply for permanent residency after their two years of living in Latvia<\/strong> with the digital nomad visa are up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Requirements for the Latvia digital nomad visa are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Citizen or resident of an OECD country<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of monthly income (no less than $3,100) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel insurance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#15 Turkey<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The newly launched Digital Nomad visa in Turkey is available to freelancers and digital nomads who hail from a select few countries including the US, UK, and Canada. In addition, you must be between the <strong>ages of 21 and 55. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The visa allows remote workers to work in Turkey for <strong>six months to a year,<\/strong> with the possibility of renewal once or twice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The requirements for Turkey&#8217;s digital nomad visa are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of health insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have proof of income (no less than $36,000 per year)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of self-employment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid university or college degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#16 Albania<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Albania introduced their new Unique Permit scheme which allows workers to stay and work in the country for a year, with an option to renew for up to five years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The requirements for this visa include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of contract with a foreign company<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Active Albanian Bank Account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of income (no less than $2,000)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of accommodation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of health insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clean criminal record<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#17 Montenegro<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Montenegro announced it&#8217;s digital nomad visa scheme at the end of 2023. With this visa, you can live and work in Montenegro for <strong>2 years with an option to renew for another 2 years.<\/strong> While more information is still being rolled out by the government, what&#8217;s confirmed at this point is that you will need to have the following in order to apply for Montenegro&#8217;s digital nomad visa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of remote work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of monthly income (no less than 1,600\u20ac per month)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid health insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clean criminal record<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of accommodation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#18 North Macedonia<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There are two visa options available for digital nomads in North Macedonia &#8211; <strong>C type short-term visa or a D-type long-term visa.<\/strong> Both visas allows its holders to stay<strong> 90 days out of 180 days<\/strong> with an option to extend. The visa also comes with a residency permit which can be a pathway of obtaining permanent residency for the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Requirements for this visa include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clean criminal certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel insurance <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of income<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of accommodation <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#19 Slovenia<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Slovenia is set to introduce their digital nomad scheme on the <strong>21st of November, 2025.<\/strong> The visa will allow non\u2011EU and non\u2011EEA workers working for foreign employers or clients to live in Slovenia for <strong>one year.<\/strong> While the visa <strong>cannot be renewed, you may apply for it again after a 6-month break<\/strong> from the country.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Requirements for this visa include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of remote work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of stay<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid health insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clean criminal record certificate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#20 Bulgaria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bulgaria has officially introduced a <strong>digital nomad visa<\/strong>, making it a new option for remote workers planning a move in 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The country offers a <strong>significantly lower cost of living than many European destinations<\/strong>, growing remote-work infrastructure in cities like Sofia and Plovdiv, and easy access to both mountains and the Black Sea. Since <strong>joining the Schengen Area and adopting the euro in 2025<\/strong>, Bulgaria has also become a convenient base for travelling across Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who can apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The visa is open to <strong>non-EU\/EEA nationals<\/strong> who work remotely and earn their income from outside Bulgaria. While Italy doesn\u2019t have an actual freelance visa yet (launching soon in September), they do have a self-employment visa, also called <em>visto per lavoro autonomo<\/em>. For example, you can apply for the country&#8217;s <strong>toursit visa <\/strong>which allows you to stay for <strong>up to a month<\/strong> and only lets you work online for foreign companies or clients that are not based in Vietnam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For a more long-term solution, you can apply for a <strong>business visa.<\/strong> This visa lets you stay for <strong>up to a yea<\/strong>r with an option to renew it. Currently, however, there are only a few countries that have implemented visa schemes. These are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#1 Brazil<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Brazil just recently announced their new digital nomad visa in January. Just like Bermuda and Anguila, the BEATS program allows students to apply as well. This visa is <strong>valid for 1 year<\/strong> and like most other countries, <strong>does not require you to have a minimum monthly income.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The requirements for the BEATS program are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medical insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of remote work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#11 Cura\u00e7ao&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cura\u00e7ao\u2019s digital nomad visa was dubbed the \u2018<strong><em>At Home in Cura\u00e7ao<\/em>\u2019<\/strong> scheme. This visa allows its holder to live on the island for <strong>6 months,<\/strong> with the option to renew for 6 months more. Thanks to its success, the validity of the visa is now extended to <strong>1 year<\/strong> and <strong>does not require a specific monthly income.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are the requirements for the Live It program:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return ticket<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of accommodation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#13 Argentina<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Argentina\u2019s digital nomad visa offers its holders the opportunity to work in the country for <strong>6 months<\/strong>, with the option to renew. Under this visa, freelancers and digital nomads are <strong>not required to pay income taxes and require no set monthly income to apply.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following are what you\u2019ll need to apply for Argentina&#8217;s digital nomad visa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of remote work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of accommodation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Background check<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CV<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important to note that this visa is only available to countries that do not require a visa to enter Argentina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#14 Colombia<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Colombia has now officially launched <strong>Colombia&#8217;s Digital Nomad Visa<\/strong> in 2023. It offers freelancers and digital nomads the chance to stay and work in the country for up to <strong>2 years<\/strong>! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Foreigners who enter Colombia with this visa won&#8217;t be able to work for any Colombian company. <strong>Proof of employment<\/strong> from the applicant&#8217;s home country is required as well as <strong>proof of income for the last 3 months<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following are some of the requirements as per the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cancilleria.gov.co\/v\/nomadadigital\" target=\"_blank\">Colombian government<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of monthly income (no less than $700 &#8211; Salarios M\u00ednimos Legales Mensuales Vigentes (SMLMV)&nbsp;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Letter of proof of remote work (issued by a foreign company in English or Spanish)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health insurance&nbsp;with coverage in the national territory against all risks in case of accident, illness, maternity, disability, hospitalisation, death or repatriation, for the time foreseen for their stay in the country<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#15 Belize<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Belize has introduced their digial nomad visa scheme under the name <strong>&#8216;Work Where You Vacation&#8217;<\/strong>. This program offers workers the oppurtunity to move to Belize for six months, with the possibility to extend. The visa program doesn\u2019t have any nationality restrictions and also offers student permits for children. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Requirements for the visa program include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of annual income (no less than $75,000 for individuals or $100,000 for couples\/families)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notarized banking reference<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clean criminal certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel insurance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#16 Grenada<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Grenada launched its digital nomad visa scheme in 2021. The visa allows its holders to stay in the country for up to 1 year with an option to extend for another year. All nationalities are welcome to apply for Grenada&#8217;s digital nomad visa providing they meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of full vaccination<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid health insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of annual income (no less than $37,000)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#17 Peru<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Peru announced their digital nomad visa in November 2023. The visa allows its holder to stay in the country for up to 1 year with a possibility of an extension. It\u2019s important to note that like some other countries, the visa will not allow foreigners to work for a Peruvian company in Peru or to have any income in Peru. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other requirements for this visa are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of remote work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid health insurance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Note that more details are yet to be announced by the government and the application process for Peru\u2019s digital nomad visa is still a bit up in the air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#18 Puerto Rico<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Puerto Rico&#8217;s digital nomad visa was announced back in November 2023. While final details are still being rolled out, what&#8217;s known is that the visa allows its holders to stay in the country for up to 1 year with an option to renew. Additional requirements for the visa include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of accommodation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of income (not yet stated)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You will not be permitted to work for any company based in Peru or carry out work with income generated from Peruvian sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"north\">Digital nomad visas in North &amp; Central America<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are currently 3 countries in North and central America that have implemented digital nomad schemes. These include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#1 Aruba<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aruba\u2019s visa scheme (<strong><em>One Happy Workation<\/em><\/strong>) has the <strong>shortest validity of just 3 months<\/strong>. However, you do have the option of extending it should you choose to continue working on the island.
