How does Trustap work?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can sign up<\/a> for Trustap with your email address. You will have to add
your personal details followed by your billing method and identification. Once this is complete, you are ready to transact!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fees and currencies available<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Trustap charges the business a set service fee<\/strong> of 40 cents plus a small percentage of the amount of money being transferred, depending on the currency selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The currencies available on Trustap while creating a transaction, are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Euro
2. British Pound Sterling
3. Polish z\u0142oty

The fees per currency are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Euro, British Pound Sterling, Polish z\u0142oty: 3% + 40 cents
2. US Dollar: 4.4% + 40 cent<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trustap transaction process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Either the business or the freelancer can create the transaction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click \u2018Create Transaction<\/em>\u2019 on the left navigation panel. You will be prompted to answer two questions and fill out the transaction details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP 1: \u2018Are you a Buyer or Seller?\u2019<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you are the business, you will be the \u2018Buyer<\/em>\u2019 and the freelancer will be the \u2018Seller<\/em>\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP 2: \u2018Do you require Post \/ Courier?\u2019<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

STEP 3: Fill out transaction details<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Lastly, you will need to add the transaction details – currency, transaction value and a short description.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now you have created your transaction copy the transactional link<\/strong> and share it with the other party who will join the transaction. Once they have joined, the business will be prompted to enter the transactional value to the \u2018Trustap Hold<\/em>\u2019. It will remain there until both parties verify the transaction is complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
