Ricardo Guzmán is a systems engineer from Venezuela and highly motivated to work as a freelancer. 1) First off, can you tell us a bit about yourself?
My name is Ricardo Guzmán. I am a systems engineer and since October 2014 certified at SAP MM.
I´m from Venezuela and just arrived in Santiago de Chile, where I´m currently looking for a freelance job. I am skilled in SAP, PHP and SQL.
2) If you would search for your profile on Google, which are the three keywords you would type in the search bar?

3) What was your inspiration and when did you actually decide to become a freelancer?
Actually I´m new in the freelance and SAP business. My cousin recommended giving it a try.
I used to be a support agent and then started to work as a commercial advisor after a while. I discovered that I´m interested in logistics around that time.
I am responsible, punctual and able to analyze the different situations that may arise. And because I am available right now, I´m the right guy for a freelance job.
4) What kind of services have your clients asked you to provide?
I focused on customer logistics operations and helped my clients with my experience in care and customer support. I always have capacity for coordinating and directing groups to obtain their successful results.
5) Do you use other freelancers or companies to provide skills that you don’t possess?
Since I´m new at this, I haven´t used other freelancers skills.
6) What about freelancermap.com? Can you tell us a little bit about your experience with our IT-network?
Well, actually I´ve only had good experiences with your website and I recently took the opportunity to upgrade my account. I will take advantage of that from now on.
7) How do you set yourself apart from your competitors? What makes you special?
I would say, what makes me special is that I´m willing to learn new things every day and am very responsible and highly motivated to achieve and accomplish goals and objectives.
