Leading Technology and Strategy efforts on Citi to become a premier digital banking in Mobile and Tablet channels while managing a portfolio of several products including LATAM Mobile, CitiBenefits, TextBanking (SMS-based solution) and custom-fitted implementation of Global Tablet, throughout a spectrum of 12 countries in Latin America area:
• Co-managed a 3 years U$12MM investment program execution for launching a best in class regional and multi-flavor Mobile solution that provided a saving of U$273MM.
• Built up a multicultural/country teams to roll out the Mobile strategy for iPhone, Android and BlackBerry in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Venezuela.
• Implemented a new Global Tablet solution for iPad in Argentina, Brazil and Colombia.
• Helped Beneficios de Citi (aka CitiBenefits) to be recognized by IDG Latin America and PC World en español as the Best Consumer Mobile App in Latin America during 2013 Latin American Digital Awards.
• Approaching the development of initiatives with Agile and Waterfall methodologies according to each one's needs and particular situations.
• Active participation and support for Latin America Mobile Challenge 2014, a virtual competition designed to accelerate mobile banking innovation by bringing together the most talented and creative developers and designers in the region to create cutting-edge applications for Citi's Mobile Banking Platforms (https://www.mobilechallengelatam.com/).
• Currently managing a 6-month $200M highly critical project to migrate current KONY platform to version 5.5 for every LATAM country.
