PROJECT ROLE: SCRUM MASTER & SOFTWARE PROJECT LEAD
RESULTS:
  • Supported an existing team as SCRUM Master & Software Project Lead in transitioning to SCRUM for a custom software solution in the field of MCCS (Mission Critical Communication Systems) for rail systems.
  • Redesigned (in a task-oriented manner – JIRA) the interface to product and program management (Way of Working).
  • Provided interim support to the Team Lead for the DEV team over eight months.

PROJECT: myKBC
PROJECT ROLE: SCRUM MASTER
RESULTS:
  • Implemented a platform for selling and managing KBC Services as SCRUM MASTER with an international team.
  • Set up the project very close to the SCRUM Guide.
  • Post-GoLive, the platform's development continued after transferring the project to an internal resource – with the aim of merging the project with the parallel project Hyper-Automation and scaling the teams accordingly.

  • Supported as a SCRUM Master in establishing an agile setting in Azure DevOps and in the agile transformation process.
  • The FAST product maps data from active rolling stock, serving as a foundation for an efficient analysis and service process, on a custom-developed platform. DRS provides data via a corresponding cloud architecture from the field for FAST.

  • Assisted as a SCRUM Master in the creation and further development of a dynamic interactive dashboard in MS Power BI, connected to a newly created SAP-BW application.
  • Implemented this project to address central, prioritized questions and a Master Report following SCRUM methodology.
