Achievements:

1.     I designed the base architecture of a BPM Framework as a scalable solution to important findings that I identified in the old BPM applications and the key business needs for the development of new BPM solutions.
2.     I guided and trained the technical and functional teams of 2 strategic projects, as well as the managers and leaders of Technology Outsourcing in BPM good practices and Playback Methodology.
3.     I participated with notable recognition in a group of 10 people who were selected as key personnel to be part of the first internal School of Enterprise Architecture, obtaining as a result a draft diagnosis of the situation in the client's Microfinance segment.

Achievements:

1.    Rapid growth within the company to climb to positions of greater responsibility, going in 8 months from BPM Developer Analyst to Business Analyst, as part of a team that led a restructuring process determinant in the project.
2.    In December 2014 as part of the process of stepped restructuring of the position of Business Rules Leader, where the management is a technical and functional team of up to 8 people.
3.    I designed the Business Rules solution model to automate the calculation of pensions, being a key component for the success of the project.
4.    In the last months at INDRA I was part of a selected group of Functional Leaders, where I managed the resolution of incidents for the production of the new APPENS system for ONP.
