I specialise in New Product Development, Design engineering, CFD, FEM (static structural, transient structural, Modal, thermal), Mould flow, mechanism Design (animation), DFA, DFM, Tooling for sheet metal manufacturing, Jigs and fixtures, Reverse engineering, NDT based automation systems, Motion control systems. I use advanced cad softwares for my projects and i am conversant with the modules in these softwares like 3D modelling, Assembly of parts, Draughting-Detailing of drawings, Animation and mechanism design of moving parts, Advanced surface based feature creation/editing, Sheetmetal applications, Import/Export of files using STEP, IGES, STL formats, Piping/tubing/wiring harness, Plastic component feature creation/designing, Finite Element Analysis.
For New Product Development the process flow is 
Concept/Rough sketch >> CAD model/Assembly >> Animation/Mechanism Design >> Drawings of parts/assembly with Dimensions/Views/Material/Manufacturing details >> FEA if required >> Prototype using 3D printing or other manufacturing process
