Business & Integration Architecture Specialist - Application Development Senior Designer 

• Works closely with stakeholders, Business areas and E2E to define requirements, perform technical Impact Analysis for software solutions, development and assessment of existing infrastructure
• Provide estimates (cost and schedule) and manage supply and demand for resourcing
• Heavily involved in Analysis, Define and Design phase of the SDLC process for batch and online IMS programs by creating Application Design documents, Job and Transaction Specifications
• Plan, Develop and Deploy successful small to large-scale projects from define stage to completion by supporting junior designers, Build team, Systems Integration testing team, and Production Support team
• Review and validation of Systems and Integration Testing results i.e. Test Plan, Test Model and Test Closure Reports.
• Support monthly major and interim releases and perform troubleshooting  of incidents in production
• Manage and coordinate projects by status monitoring across geographically distributed team (India, UK, Philippines)

• Extensive experience in detailed design of COBOL programs including CICS and DB2, code testing, component testing and peer review activities for batch and IMS programs.
• Skilled in IBM Mainframe tools and utilities – TSO/ISPF, Xpediter, Fileaid, Endevor, JCL, REXX and SQL.
• Support monthly releases and perform troubleshooting  of incidents in production
• Have worked on enhancement of CICS programs.

• Worked as a Software Developer performing coding, testing and detailed design work for several projects which focused on customer and risk systems on a Mainframe technology
• Produce code modules based on program designs, written within project's standards
• Validate amendments and creation of new modules thru Unit Test plan
• Prepare test data and execute component tests based on specified Unit Test plans
• Utilize COBOL, DB2, JCL, FileAid, Platinum, Endevor, ISPF and TSO for Customer System applications
