Management Consultant, Project Management Process Management, Business Analyst

In my many years as a management consultant, I have continuously supported my clients and employers with a wide range of skills and commitment. From the development of strategic guidelines to the precise implementation of projects, I have been able to gain extensive experience. With over a decade of expertise in project management, business analysis, process optimization, quality management audit and training management, I have successfully managed numerous projects in the financial, aviation, logistics and public sector industries.

Using various project management techniques (e.g. Waterfall, Scrum, Prince2, etc.), my responsibilities as a project manager included leading local and international teams of up to 30 members, securing and managing budgets (of up to €5 million). I also created detailed project plans, defined tasks and schedules. I also identified potential risks and designed plans to mitigate or manage them.

As a Business Analyst, my responsibilities included gathering and documenting business requirements from various stakeholders, creating detailed requirements documents (e.g. functional specifications, epics, user stories, etc.). I was also involved in creating test plans, cases and scenarios to ensure that the developed IT solutions work properly and meet the requirements.

In my role as a process manager, I analyzed, documented and optimized business processes using various tools such as MS Visio, Adonis or Aris. By modeling processes and identifying weaknesses and bottlenecks, I was able to work with business departments to create more efficient processes. 

In my role as ISO 9001 quality management auditor, I ensured that the departments or projects I audited not only met the requirements of ISO 9001, but were also in compliance with the company's policies. I also provided training and guidance to the audited departments on industry standards and practices as well as company policies. Additionally, I actively contributed to the continuous improvement of the quality management system by supporting the implementation of appropriate measures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

As a training manager, I was responsible for training all employees of a global company with approximately seventy thousand employees worldwide on sanctions and embargoes. I had to ensure that employees acquired the necessary skills and knowledge to work successfully in their areas of responsibility and help the company achieve its goals and meet regulatory requirements
