• Very strong command over new Sterling Web Call Center 9.5, Sterling Store Web 9.5 customization.
Have functional and technical knowledge in all Sterling Modules.

• Sterling Business Center Configuration for Payments, Item and Pricing.
o Differential Extensibility
o Override Extensibility
o Designing new screens using designer workbench
IBM Call Center for Commerce 9.5 (Sterling Web Call Center - DOJO framework):-
• Web Call center UI customization includes:
o Creating new Editor, Wizard, screen and related task.
o Customizing out of the box screens.
o Creating Dashboard reports in Sterling Web Call Center using DOJO widgets.
o Creating file/report upload/download functionality in Sterling Web Call Center framework.
