Responsibilities: Rollout project to implement Petrobras International template at Petrobras USA and Angola. I was in charge of the fit and gap analysis for purchasing processes, as well as configuration and development adjustments when needed. Use of Solution Manager tool to configure and document the project.

Responsibilities: Participate in the process definitions and fit analysis with the template. Design, specification and testing an interface developed between SAP purchasing process and Latashop (the Rexam web procurement tool). Also responsible for the consignment process developed to control GR, GI, IV and cancelation related to consignment. Maintain OBYC, set tolerance limits, invoice blocking, Brazilian localization configuration. Movement types, purchase organization, system messages, field selection for material and vendor master. Use of LSMW tool for data uploads. Use of Solution Manager tool to add project documentation. Provide end users training and after go-live support. Develop of Business Process Procedures.

Responsibilities: Developed documentation training material and trained end- users for new version. Review the whole Purchasing process. Improved the main process: outline agreement, purchase order, invoice verification, vendor master, partner determination, service entry sheet, release procedure, tolerance limits. Developed functional specifications and testing of purchasing reports. Chart of accounts review regarding to MM module. Provide daily support.
