Short information
I have more than 16-years experience of implementation of SAP business solutions in the HCM area. I took part in 6 IT/ERP projects. At the 3 projects I took part in full cycle of work from gathering of requirements to implementation of business solutions. I have experience in teaching users; I took part in the program “The University alliance” taught students and teacher’s team to create business solutions in the SAP system of the HCM module. Worked as a member of a team and an independent expert in the area of a payroll. I have been taking part in the SAP HCM conference for developing and implementation of business solutions for Ukraine.
I obtained deep knowledge of Ukrainian labor Law and payroll rules
As a specialist in the module of SAP HCM:
Deep expertize in functionality and customizing of SAP HCM (OM; PA; PT; PY; PD)
Deep knowledge in integration with FI, CO modules
Professional knowledge of a structure of HR tables
Professional knowledge in the configuration of authorizations in the HCM module, using of a LSMW tool
Take part in an investigation and an analysis of demands towards the system, creating and writing of a conceptual decision
