Project history

  • Manager of Project Management Team (up to 10 direct reports) for Information Systems and Solutions LATAM and Mexico. Driving all aspects of IT Projects and Portfolio activity cross region to meet customers needs regarding to Supply Chain Projects. VMI and Bonded Warehouse operations.
  • Project Management of IT solutions to attend Supply Chain operations of customers like: DELL, LENOVO, General Motors, Philips-Woox-Gibson, Bosch, Microsoft, OMRON, Nokia, APPLE, GE, Logitech, TEREX, Fiat-Chrysler, Triumph, CNH and Chery. Working collaboratively with IT and Business leadership to ensure programs and projects delivery in alignment with corporative objectives. The achievements of these projects were related to attend Contract Logistics for CEVA Warehouses or Customer Warehouses.
  • Direct and coordinate program activities.  Oversee planning, scope, budget and schedules prepared by staff. Monitor portfolio performance to ensure outputs are delivered on time and within funding. Provide regular project status report to senior management level.
  • Defines project value proposition, scope, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for information technology projects.  Manages resources (i.e., capital requirements and human capital, etc.) to complete project on time and within budget (up to 1000K USD per project).
  • Service Delivery Manager for LATAM leading support team for Local Finance Applications and interdependencies with HP Global Finance Applications.
  • IT Project Lead for SAP Finance Brazil roll-out including AR, AP, Brazil localization and interfaces with legacies and global systems.
  • IT Project Lead for corporate business initiatives and integration with Finance Systems.
  • Project Manager for Travel & Reimbursement Project (Employee Reimbursement). Accountable for Change Management and roll-out for Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Colombia and Mexico.
