1. ORICA LTD, AUSTRALIA - (TEST MANAGER - AUG'15 to MAY'16)
Separation Project - Worked as Test Manager for Release-1, Prepared Test Strategy, Test Plans, reviewed test cases. Managed the various testing phases such as POC, QA, IRT and UAT successfully. Also played the role of Defect Manager.
2. UNITED ENERGY, AUSTRALIA - (TEST LEAD - MAY'15 to JULY'15)
E2E Implementation - Worked as Test Lead cum Defect Manager, prepared Test Strategy, Test Plans and worked with all 3rd party vendors for timely development of all applications. Also worked with all vendors to close the RTM. Triage the defects and worked with vendors to close in a timely manner.
3. ACTIVE STREAM (METERING PROJECT), AUSTRALIA - (SOLUTION ARCHITECT - JUL'14 to APR'15)
E2E Implementation - Managed a team of five members and designed the Business processes for Revenue Management, Connection Point Management, BPEM (Business Process Exception Management) and SAP IDEX (Inter Company Data Exchange). Mapped all the processes in SAP and reviewed all the functional designs prepared by the offshore team.

Application Development - Functional lead for all initiatives in SAP ISU and CRM. worked on several initiatives, prepared and reviewed functional designs. Proposed solutions and estimated the cost and efforts for several initiatives.
5. BIHAR STATE ELECTRICITY BOARD, INDIA - (SOLUTION ARCHITECT - JUL'11 to JUL'13)
E2E Implementation - Solution Architect/Functional Lead for ISU solution, organized workshops and meetings to finalize TO-BE document. Performed Gap Analysis, process mapping, design, and configuration activities, designed complex rates and layout of the invoice. Also designed solution for spot billing and complex enhancements.

Customer Issue Resolution for Billing and CRM-related issues, managed deliveries for change requests in CRM and Billing Modules. Prepared functional specifications for enhancement, reports, and workflows, Estimation of new Change Requests. Performed rigorous testing.
