Greenfield implementation of BW on HANA system within Agile-Scrum framework.

New business requirements implementation within SAP BW 7.3 environment.

• Greenfield implementation for new requirements within BW on HANA using LSA++ data modelling.
• Design the application to meet the requirements, by improving conceptual and logical data models
• Worked on BW Technical and Functional migration from 7.3 to 7.5 (BW on HANA) for the BI data model in different application areas (e.g. Production, FI, COPA, MD etc.).
• Working on deliveries related to configuration according to Agile-Scrum concept
• Optimization of the BW on HANA data flows, experience in working with large datasets & developing complex BEx queries.
• Handled application support tickets and provided with the fix for the operational changes and application issues.
• BW Integration project with production tool MII by providing the business decision support reports having 3 different source systems: MII, ERP and BW. For payroll application was used BW IP.
• Involvement in customer projects, permanent hand over of new developments

SAP BW 7.3 Maintenance and support project, plus additional side projects for the same client – FMCG industry

• BW landscape technically migration to HANA. Conducted all activities, preparing and checking the systems before and after migration using ASU tools, SCI, SPAU transactions and all related SAP notes
• Migration of 3.x data flows to prepare the system for HANA implementation
• Work with IT and business colleagues to develop solutions to specific problems that at times leverage existing solutions and systems
• Monitor, communicate and troubleshoot issues with data integrity, data design, and functional and technical software issues.
• Handled support functions for BW systems covering Data load monitoring, Process chain maintenance, error debugging, incident management
• Troubleshoot BI tools, systems, and software; performance-tune these applications as necessary.

SAP BW Roll-out Business Standardization Project

• Being part of the BI-SCM team was responsible for solution design in SCM – PP, QM, MM areas in a global Business Standardization Program that includes all Carlsberg’s European countries.
• Interact with business to gather requirements, prioritize work, reengineer the design according to the project standards, preparing customization documentation and supervised the build. Solution migration from previous release was included as well.
• Made accurate delivery plans and cost estimates based on business change requests (CRs).
• Provide architectural design and technical expertise for implementation of complex technical strategies.
• Initiate and oversee the definition, review, and execution of Data Management, Meta Data, ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load), Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence architecture, deliverables, strategies, standards, and best practices at an Enterprise level
