HP- Hewlett Packard Enterprise Brazil - (mar/2001 a abr/2016)

Change Manager (Jan-2015 - Apr-2016)
Responsible for the change management activities for the SAP APO project on demand planning, supply  planning and production planning areas. Classified as high impact for the company and for the end users. It demanded a very detailed plan focused on project purposes highlighting the following actions:

Guarantee the stakeholders commitment and support through an open and clear communication using the best available methods and tools. Previously identified and classified using assessments and RACI matrix.

Contribute to increase the team confidence mapping (AS-IS/TO BE) all impacted areas by the new system. It has been deployed in a cooperative way with the business experts.

Acquire the engagement and interest from over 80 end users distributed in Curitiba, São Paulo, Bauru e Recife presenting a solid knowledge transfer/training process where there would be an expert on each site for go live.

Support the project manager on daily activities mainly on critical phases as system tests using ALM tool. Also acted as PMO and financial manager for the project.

Create the transition plan for hypercare phase including the knowledge transfer for sustain team and the business readiness in a cooperative way with release team and the project team.

Training of resources to support the change management process. Their work contributed to the project success.

Project Manager (Aug-2008 - Apr-2016)
Responsible for project management activities for SAP/ERP projects at Latin America and North America, oriented to PMP methodology.

Optimize the project activities and contribute to reduce the implementation time on strategy projects of RTCIS server with SAP connexion in different cities/countries (Villa Mercedes / Argentina, Naucalpan / México, São Paulo / Brazil and Manaus / Brazil). A detailed cutover plan was developed in a cooperative way with the project team taking advantage of the three available shifts that would cover 24 hours per day. A Pilot plan was created to simulate all activities and to record all possible risks with the mitigation plan.  

Worked with Global team in a challenger project to archive all mainframe data and softwares from United States. The main process would be deployed in 3 steps, by 3 teams from 3 different continents. Reduced the execution time from 15% to 20% and consequently the costs executing the plan by waves and keeping the teams busy most of the time. The project got 100% on customer satisfaction survey. I Worked on others archiving projects for two years as well.

Deployed a new distribution center in Pernambuco (Northeast of Brazil) that would be managed by a third party vendor. The challenge was the communication among HP, client and the other vendor due language barrier and technical issues. Besides the detailed plans created to manage this critical project I also acted as interpreter many times helping project team and others stakeholders.

Responsible for new project managers training and mentoring on HP processes.

Team Lead and IT Specialist (Mar-2001 - Aug-2008)
Worked as a Rio team leader assisting on several project management activities for some Staff projects. Competences related to people manager, responsible for team career planning and development.
As Information Analyst on offshore projects, worked designing, coding and testing on mainframe applications as Pacbase, Cobol, CICS, JOBs, IMS and DB2.

Acted also as metrics focal point and configuration controller for those projects.
