Digital Finance Advisor and Senior Project Manager with an outstanding track record of 20 years in Finance & Controlling and IT related projects.   • Re-engineering of General Overheads and Industrial Costing.
  • Design and implementation of Product Costing processes (standard, actual, full-costing, direct costing, etc).
  • Design of Activity Based Costing models.
  • Re-engineering and implementation of Planning and Budgeting processes.
  • Optimization of the Financial Period-End-Closing.
  • Financial Reporting: P&L and Profitability Analysis (products, markets, clients, channels, subsidiaries, etc).
  • Definition of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
  • Optimization of Financial processes: GL, AP, AR, AA, IM, TR and Credit Management. 
- Benchmarking and implementation of ERP/EPM/BI solutions (SAP, Cognos, Hyperion, Microstrategy) leading the full project life-cycle: Analysis, Design, Construction and Implementation + Maintenance. Direct hands-on configuration experience in SAP FI-CO.

- Program & Project Management: planning, coordination, budgeting control, resource management, risk management, change management, key stakeholders and sponsor management, issue resolution, PPM methodologies (PwC-Ascendant, ASAP, Sprint, etc) and team mentoring. Communication with senior management (C-level).

- Capital Markets: reporting redesign and Front Office applications implementation for Fixed Income, Equities and Derivatives operations (Murex).

- Integration manager for financial processes and systems in M&A projects.

- Presentation/negotiation of commercial proposals and contracts with third parties.

Jan.’14 – Present     Bunge. Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona).
                 EMEA SAP Finance Program Lead. Responsible for leading finance business process improvement/SAP projects and deployment of best practices across EMEA countries: mid/long term finance programs definition and leadership; project management; planning/budgeting/resource management; finance process optimization: accounting operations, cost and profitability controlling, financial planning, month-end-closing, reporting, investment management, credit control and cash management.
SAP projects: complex full life cycle SAP implementations starting from envisioning & architecture through business blueprint setup,  solution design, system configuration, deployment and maintenance: FI-CO, Treasury and FSCM. Integration with logistic flows (MM, SD, PP, PS and PM).
  • Budget (yearly): up to 4 M Euros.
  • Project Teams: up to 15 FTE’s.
