Functions:
Manage, update and maintain control databases for price and cost of developments, subdivisions, apartments, residential houses, commercial batches, premises in concordance with the operation in different regions of the republic, calculate a price indexation, derived from inflation, according to regional and temporary situations. Generate forecast value of the UDI, sales reports, expenses, monthly summaries of total utility prices, generating indicators and projections forecast. All this as a tool using Excel, with formulas for databases such as nested conditionals, v lookups, cross base, pivot tables, graphs and macros. Unifying all these bases with the ERP system of the company, managing the availability of information for end users, supporting users with ERP to manage the sales process etc.
