* Object-Oriented Modeling Software(Rational Rose Enterprise Edition).
- Software programmer:
* Software analysis, design and implementation

Database managing (Access, SQL Server, Interbase Server, 4D,MySQL).
* Object-Oriented metodologies (OMT, OOSE)
- Help Desk Support
* Basic configuration of LAN and WAN configuration switches structured cabling (UTP), installation and network routers and network points
* Windows, Linux and Macintosh operating systems install and configuration
* Installation and configuration of hardware and software, diagnostic / minor repairs (PCs and Apple computers)
* Daily and weekly backup data
* Maintenance and monitoring of internal mail servers and database
data
- Teaching computer instructor (software developing suites: Delphi, Visual Basic, C ++, Access, etc.)
- Personal Customer (Previous experience as staff preventive security, as sales promoter and as support technical users).
