Has a holistic and global view of system architecture and design best practices that was built during the several experiences on various business areas (Core banking system, Insurance, Human resources, Electronic Document Management System and Credit Management) on both technical and functional sides.
Performed detailed business analysis, change management, needs identifications, specifications, functional analysis (UML), parameterization and tuning, user training and guidelines, maintenance, upgrades and follow up.
Passionate with Credit Automation processes and core banking systems.
