Organisational activites:
- Define and implement new human resource process for recruitment, career path,
training, employee engagement and collaborate with employee trade union.
- Create local partnerships with various organisations (NGO, School, Google) in order to
increase SmartDev brand and improve recruitment pool.
- Implement QA, Development best practice in order to match Swiss German quality
requirement while keeping Vietnamese productivity.
- Fully rework employee contract, package to match current market.- Definition and
implementation of a new strategy aligned with shareholder requirement with the following
results in 18 months: * Employee Turnover rate reduced from 15% to 5%.
* Employee growth rate of 50% from 40 to 60 employees.
* Sale growth from 600,000 USD to 1,500,000 USD.
Sale and customer support
- Successfully on-board previous unsatisfactory customer in 4 months who now has a
6 people dedicated team.
- Support multiple young entrepreneurs with defining specification and technology choice.
- Supervise sale activity and support sale in order to land 2 new key accounts, 1 Southeast
Asian airline, 1 Swiss financial institution both around 300k USD annual contract
worth, and work with their top management to ensure project success.
- Successfully launch a second brand named OpenERP, targeting APEC Odoo customers
in 6 months: * From 0 to 5 Full time and 3 part-time employee.
* Signed 1 Vietnamese local company, 2 Australian and 1 Singaporean
customer.
  Project management activities
- Manage third party vendor and partners relationship spread across 5 continent.
- Lead a team of 5 Product Owner split across different projects, technology.
- For key account customer (Swiss financial institution) lead their mobile program in SAFe
and act as an engagement manager for their top management: * Manage 3 team of 7 employees, 1 Security officer, 1 Scrum Laster, 3 Product
owner.
* Successfully deliver multiple application version (Front-end and back-end).
* Implement 24/7 support with 15min reaction time.
  Smartlink support activities (main shareholder):
- Act as an account manager for one of their key account
- As a product owner for their oldest customer manage the maintenance and support of
their mobile wallet and back-office and prepare it for NFC payment integration
- Support them for PCI-DSS certification
- Work in collaboration with their CTO for RFI and platform definition.
- Support the creation of a collaboration with Samsung for a new platform.

- Manage remote team based in a partner company in Vietnam.
- Lead development teams of 11 people including QA, Designer.
- Manage workshop with different customers around UX, requirement, solution design and
