In 2000 I have started my first approach to the world of consulting and I was firstly employed as an administrative employee. After I got my degree in Administration, I was given the opportunity to take my first steps as a consultant to FI-CO as part of the professional growth in the same organization. So that I became a dynamic professional as Consultant of Projects and also in the area of ??support, analyzing and designing solutions about clients requirements.

Responsibilities included Enhancement, design, configuration, testing and re-engineering of various functionalities in FI and CO modules.
Responsible for solving tickets in GL AP, AR, Asset Accounting and Banking in FI area and cost center accounting, Profit center, Internal order and cost center.
Interacted with Business users wherever required for getting resolved the tickets.
Impact analysis and conflict management documents prepared for the change request
Preparation of functional specification for change request
Extensively exposed to integration issues of FI with MM, and SD
Delivered critical support to users and developers providing transports and OSS administration.
