Supply Chain Management
•    End to end ownership of all Supply Chain related processes

•    Analysing and mapping processes
--   Identifying improvement opportunities in all areas of supply chain, logistics, purchasing and financial performance, purchase to pay (P2P)
-    design and implementation of new processes
o   business process design, software solution design, supplier selection and negotiation, external team management, configuration and implementation
o    Creation and signing off of Partnership Agreements with suppliers
o    Creation of Request for Proposal documents including functional and non-functional requirements, the IT architecture, selection process etc.
•    Driving change management and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes adoption

Supply Chain Project Management and SAP APO implementations
•    Supply Chain Transformation  Designed and Implemented new Supply Chain Processes 
•    Driving SAP APO template implementation 
•    Supply Chain Business Lead for Logistics Service Provider (LSP) and Warehouse Integration
•    Change Management, Training and Coaching:  Leading workshops for Local Business Process Owners with focus on organisational changes, network changes, process changes and roles and responsibilities changes as well as impact and risk assessment. 
•    Leading Train the Trainer Sessions and creating training materials
•    Acting as Central Supply Chain Cut-Over Coordinator and Supply Chain Master Data Owner, coordinating cross-functional activities, building strong relationships between Supply Chain and other work streams through pro-active and effective communication.
•    Leading the Planning Centralisation Project to support the supply chain process integration -developed and implemented new planning processes, ways of working and split of responsibilities, and designed standardised operational tools to support inventory management, short and long term planning, communication strategies etc. 
•    Droving full integration of the new extended network – work flows, product flows, distribution network, supply network etc.
•    Continuous Improvement: generated and implemented improvement solutions focussed on achieving better cost, inventory and customer service as well as streamlined internal processes
