Project Description:
As Project Manager I was responsible for managing various projects in parallel for both fixed scope and T&M mode with internal and external consultants to attend the logistics and financial business processes of the four Brazilian and three Argentina factories. The project team at the peak moment included 25 FTE´s.    
Tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsible for financial budget of projects
• Controlling and authorization of vendor orders and payments
• Responsible for managing project timeline, scope and scope changes and product quality
• Responsible for weekly status report communication with project team
• Responsible for biweekly status report presentation to C-level  

 
Results:

• Delivered onbudget and a good customer satisfaction of the following projects; AA-RFID, Textile Shop Floor Control, Cash flow and Inventory Management Automation.
• AARFID new process resulted in significant cycle time reduction to execute asset annual inventory.
• Textile Shop Floor Control was able to control the production process with more accuracy and thus reducing stock discrepancy.
• The implementation of the Cash flow functionality in SAP reduced the workload of building the daily cash flow thus being able for the department to focus more on analyzing and managing the cash flow instead of gathering information.
• The implementation of the Inventory Management in SAP made it possible for the customer to execute the complete inventory processes in SAP which resulted in reports (BW/ BI) that gave more visibility in the inventory KPI’s for middle and upper management.

Project Description:
As Project Manager I was responsible for managing a BPM project that included the mapping of business processes and identification of technological opportunities for SAP Back to Standard and back to SAP. The scope included the processes for the quality, production, logistics and maintenance processes for the factories of Embraco, part of Whirlpool that produces compressors in Brazil, Italy, Slovakia and Mexico using ARIS platform integrated with SAP Solution manager 7.2. The project team involved a total of 6 FTE´s.   
Tasks and responsibilities:

• Manage set up of integration between ARIS and SAP Solution Manager
• Define project time line based on business macro processes and key users identified
• Manage agenda conflicts of BPM, SAP consultants and keyusers
• Elaborate and present weekly projects status
• Negotiation of end results format and presentation

 
Results:

• Business processes designed in a futureproof system (ARIS).
• Report and executive presentation with IT/Business opportunities for short and medium term guidance for IT managers.
• Because of the interesting project results a project estimate was requested for the 2018 IT budget to amplify the project including the mapping of the rest of the company business processes as well as the factories in China.

Project Description:
As Project Manager I was responsible to managed parts of the roll out of the Global Electrolux SAP template for the Brazilian subsidiaries replacing Oracle system including the integration with legacy systems Sales Force for Customer Care and Tele Sales, Vtex for eCommerce solution and Thomson Reuters for the fiscal compliance. Project team involved a total of 125 FTE´s.   
Tasks and responsibilities:

• Managing integration with legacy systems
• Supporting execution of three test cycles
• Managing elaboration and execution of technical and business cutover plan for the entire landscape
• Elaboration of weekly status report
• Execution of Quality Gates and reporting to SAP
• Reporting to local IT program manager and CoE Electrolux

Results:

• Creation of more collaborative environment between Electrolux and third parties as well as with the Electrolux CoE.
