Senior-level management expert with over 25 years professional experience in ERP implementation and support (ITIL processes).
After having worked on american financial packages and gained some treasury IT development experience in an international bank, I joined SAP to start the first implementation of SAP R3 in Belgium.
From this first project, I constantly followed the evolution of SAP in the broad finance area (certified at professional level in finance and controlling) with different roles at SAP: principal consultant, product manager for controlling and treasury, project leader, integration manager, presales. Follow proactively the evolution of the ERP (SAP S/4Hana, new Cloud Solutions as a service) to identify opportunities and prepare future Roadmaps.
Outside SAP, I also gained a lot of experience as consultant, project manager and hands-on business solutions manager in large organizations (full life cycle IT projects, international roll-outs, financial shared service, business intelligence competence center set-up, global controlling model, management budget and consolidation, treasury center with internal bank and payment factory).
Good knowledge of logistics (Purchase to Pay, Quote to Cash, Production, Maintenance), BW and development tools.
Multilingual and multicultural team player, I communicate easily, vertically from C-level executives to the development teams and horizontally (between departments and teams).
