A lo largo de mi trayectoria he tenido la oportunidad de desarrollar de manera integral, acciones que van desde el diseño e implementación planes de negocio, proyectos agroindustriales e agrícolas, manejo de productos perecederos y perecederos desde el inicio hasta el punto de venta incluyendo el manejo de las cadenas de frío, rediseño y mejoramiento, todos estos siempre con un enfoque en estrategias para la atracción, selección y retención de mercados con resultados positivos a los estados de financieros; análisis e identificación de necesidades del personal (capacitación y desarrollo), servicio al cliente, ventas al por mayor y detal, manejo de cartera de clientes de préstamo, ahorro y crédito en cooperativa (ley 23, 17 y 42), operaciones recreativas y turísticas, relaciones laborales y recursos humanos, supervisión de equipos multifuncionales en múltiples unidades de negocios. Manejo de cultivos bajo invernaderos hidropónicos con venta en las cadenas de mercados nacionales, logística, distribución y ventas.
Tengo la habilidad y humildad para sentarme a defender resultados ante juntas directivas, proponer a la banca mientras que trabajo de la mano con pequeños empresarios rurales o indígenas.
