SAP Production Delivery Lead
(Steady state), also can be add activities as, coordinate multiple technology task, include OS
team, Network team, also work directly account lead, where do follow up of task, delegate task
to another team members, also execute and coordinate systems updates, migrations, upgrades,
patching, performance analysis, execution of best practices, license management, creation of
RCA, working with the costumer to make business analysis for business grow, new projects
projections, Database grow, performance analysis and upgrade, follow dynamic meeting weekly
using the SCRUM Methodology, and looking for customer success.
* Another task. As part of my work on IBM, also I have been involve in other activities out of
my roles as, ERT member and floor leader of ERT, where coordinate and manage ERT personal in
case of emergency, focal point in case of health issues on the floor and help in emergency on
other floors, also getting first aid and RCP certify. Also prepare and make trainings on
multiple technical topics and create training documentation for worldwide team, also help as
judge on internal SAP academy, Also due my experience, I became an official interviewer for

IBM. SAP Basis
As Basis on IBM I got different roles and position.
* Production Support (March 2014 - Nov 2014). As part of this team, my duties where, work in
different kind of alerts, service request and changes request for productions accounts, that
our team support, here work in system refresh, file system alerts, printer creation at SAP
level, system maintenance, system monitoring between other task. Also, as one of the
experience members of the team, I also provide guide for the other team members.
* SAP Project (Nov 2014 - Jan 2015). In this team my roles are more costumer based request, as
in this role, do support for the non-production account that need to be ready and release for
production support, here part of my duties where, ticket monitoring for new alerts, and work
of this recent alerts, close old solved alerts to clear ticket queue before production, system
management and configuration for specific accounts, that have weekly meeting with costumer,
project manager and account representative for the company, part of the configurations made
was SOLMAN configuration, Performance improvement, Diagnostic Agent installation and
configuration, New printers configuration (add Device type, create at SAP Level and OS level),
between others configurations and other task.
* SAP Build (Dec 2014- 2015). This team is the one in charge of system installation and basic
configuration before Project team and support team take charge of them, on this one made the
installation of the Database, and SAP application, like Netweaver 7.4 SR2, and SOLMAN 7.1 SR2,
also system upgrade and patching for SAP and Database, also made preparation and basic
configuration for SOLMAN, work directly with the requirements of the installation brought by
the Project Manager (SAP version, DB type and version, add-ons, patch level for SAP and DB).

SAP Project Account Lead
manage owner or multiple accounts, take ownership of system that has just build and delivery
to Production, during this time, as Account Lead, I manage the installation, support,
configuration and analysis of the system, this include but not limit to, database patching,
components update, performance analysis and actions plan, System refresh, local and remote
client copy, create documentation of each system for the account, get and fulfill request by
customer and coordinate activity's between teams, working directly side by side by
Administrative account leads and Project Manager.

Duties are for consult and receive escalation from Costumer Service and provide solutions to the
costumers for different kinds of issues. This kind be from Setup the tablet until solving problems
relating to Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, configuration, third party applications and Own applications. Also
doing call backs to costumers by phone and email address, this can be containing more information
about issues to solve the ones or just to verify if problem is already solving it.
