* Member of the Accenture's global team responsible for the optimization and homogenization of
designs and processes across different releases and retrofit of existing functionalities (R1:
North America, R2: Europe, R3: Latin America/Europe Expansion).
* Directly involved in the analysis and redesign of a very complex program for the Financial
Consolidation Reporting to Oracle. The reporting to Oracle consisted of collecting information

* Conducted discovery and delta capturing/documenting sessions with functional leaders and
managers. Performed SAP Overview and SAP FI and SAP CO workshops for business process validation,
gap analysis and additional sessions for the identification of development needs/requirements.
* Activated, personalized and configured SAP FI and SAP CO scenarios (building blocks) according to
specific needs of each company/group business processes and standard configurations for New
General Ledger (FI-GL), Chart of Accounts (CoA), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Accounts Payable

ERP Project :: Grupo Guaritico/@PORT :: Seaport Authority Concession, and Seaport Services.
* Performed the analysis and optimization through the whole seaport services' value chain.
* Directly responsible for the adjustment and configuration of SAP ERP 5.0 New General Ledger (New
GL), Chart of Accounts, Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), Asset Accounting
(FI-AA), Master Records: Customers, Vendors, Assets; Local Taxes (VAT), Bank Accounts (FI-BL),
Multi-Currency, Cost Centers Accounting (CCA), Profit Centers Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders.
* Led and developed an internal FI implementation team of ten people from realization to go-live.

* Fully involved in the Great Plains (MS Dynamics) configuration of accounting and logistics
(inventory) modules.
* End-user training and go-live support in five Venezuelan branches and 34 retail stores.
* Co-responsible in the designing and blueprinting of a manufacturing plant of 3000 m2 of
construction and a capacity of 1 million liters.
* Supervised the analysis and documentation of the production processes of Filling, Mops, and
Welding departments of the manufacturing facility. Developed a Microsoft Access database to
track, control and plan production units.
