* Responsible for packaging electrical equipment on flight test and production aircraft using Catia
V5 and Teamcenter. Designed sheetmetal and machined brackets and secondary structure to
support harnesses and avionics equipment. Create 2d installation drawings and detail parts using
GD&T per ASME Y14.5M-1994.
* Integrate with primary structures, harness design group, and manufacturing to produce cost
efficient designs.
* Provide shop floor support to determine dispositions on problem parts and installations.
* Create harness routings and 2D form boards for aircraft.
* Created significant aircraft cost savings for electrical integration team through design changes to
equipment support.

* Lead design engineer over aircraft composite panel and bracket change requests for onsite
customer support. Panel assemblies include wing to body fairing panels and access doors.
* Responsible for updates made in 3d to composite panels, brackets, and doors. Use Smarteam
and Catia V5 composite workbench, generative shape design, and part design to perform
updates.
* Integrates with stress analysis, the customer, manufacturing, product support and systems to
produce a cost-effective design.
* Responsible for the planning and scheduling of panel assembly updates to ensure all impacted
schedules are met including the customer and manufacturing.

* Lead design engineer over the harnesses and electrical component installation for the aft section
of the G500 and G600 aircraft.
* Responsible for the routing, packaging and 3d installation for EWIS compliant electrical harnesses
on development aircraft fuselage, wings, pylon, and engine. Utilized Smarteam, CHS, and Catia
V5 electrical workbench to create 3D harness routings and 3d installations for use by
manufacturing.
* Integrates with other system groups in the aircraft to produce efficient and cost effective
routings per EMI and system separation requirements.
* Responsible for packaging electrical components into the aircraft. Utilized Catia V5 to design
component racks, brackets, and mounting systems for avionics, lighting, flight deck, and flight
control components in the fuselage, wing, and empennage.
