Project: The objective of this project is to reimplement SAP in all the
divisions at Prémoulé according to the requirements and the
current organizational structure while minimizing the risks for the
organization. The selection and parallel integration of a B2B E-
Commerce platform is also part of the mandate. The first phase
affects only the central corporate finance activities as well as the
manufacturing and logistics activities of a plant. The difficulties of
this project come from the nature of the activities which are in MTO
and ETO with configurable products and with great velocity and
volume.

Due to COVID-19 the project was stopped.
