The "SAP Revamping Project" involved redesign and reconfiguration of Organization Structure of Plant
Maintenance to meet business requirements. I was responsible for Plant structure which involved
splitting one plant and its associated configuration, master and transactional data into 7 plants.
Accomplished the challenging task in live SAP environment with detailed cut-over planning and
execution. Ran a training and change management program for the SAP PM Key users.
