I was responsible for daily sustainment activities (Solved incidents L1, L2 and L3 and completed
service requests) and new projects in the entire Production-Planning and Materials Management
modules using HP Service Manager Tool.
I implemented SAP PP (Production Planning) and the MM Materials Management functions in eleven
Plants. Created scenarios of tests and performed testes using HP ALM tool.
Improvement in business process with PP, MM, PM, QM, CO, was part of my responsibility at this
costumer.
I also conducted Fit Gap and technical analyses to demonstrate the most adherent solution for new
projects.
As part of this role, I created the new configuration with SAP Solution Manager CHaRM (Change
Requests) tool.
Support/enhancement in PP (Production Planning), PM (Plant Maintenance), MM (Materials Management)
and QM (Quality Management) was part of my daily activities
Knowledge of BADI/BAPI and user exits which help on developing enhancement of functional specs
