points of improvement in the software's implementation, prepare the BBP, make the configuration and
individual and perform unit tests and integrated tests.

During this project I prepared material training and provide training for business users. Those
training were about release strategy, quotation, purchase requisition, purchase order; goods receipt
goods, invoice receipts and reports.

During this project, I analyzed the adherence and performed the survey of the processes and assembly
of the Business Blueprint for the Implementation of a new Branch and Company. I accomplished the
parameterization and individual and integrated tests.

Project: ASAPH (CGI) - Support Application in SAP to Airbus (UK, Germany and France) (June 2019 -
Feb 2020)
Role: SAP PP (Production Planning) Support Team at Airbus
I was responsible for daily sustainment activities as support of Airbus operation at UK, Germany and
France solving complex tickets in Level 2 and 3. I analyzed and fixed issues in MRP, LTP, Demand
Planning, Master Data, Planned Orders, Production Orders and Shop floor.

Project: Canadian Pacific Railway - Transportation Industry (Apr 2013- May 2019)
Role: Business Systems Specialist - SAP PP and MM (Production Planning and Materials Management)
I was responsible for daily sustainment activities (Solved incidents L1, L2 and L3 and completed
service requests) and new projects in the entire Production-Planning and Materials Management
modules using HP Service Manager Tool.
I implemented SAP PP (Production Planning) and the MM Materials Management functions in eleven
Plants. Created scenarios of tests and performed testes using HP ALM tool.
Improvement in business process with PP, MM, PM, QM, CO, was part of my responsibility at this
costumer.
I also conducted Fit Gap and technical analyses to demonstrate the most adherent solution for new
projects.
As part of this role, I created the new configuration with SAP Solution Manager CHaRM (Change
Requests) tool.
Support/enhancement in PP (Production Planning), PM (Plant Maintenance), MM (Materials Management)
and QM (Quality Management) was part of my daily activities
Knowledge of BADI/BAPI and user exits which help on developing enhancement of functional specs
I developed functionalities to PP Production Planning and PM Plant Maintenance to be used on FIORI
application.
I worked as QA in ECM - Enterprise Content Management project - Railinc Safety Documentation

As part of my activities I performed tests to migration of SAP Hana DB 1.02, ECC 6.0 EhP7 e ECC 6.0

of PP functionalities. I also developed the BBP, prepared spreadsheets and LSMWs to data load of PP
master data. I was responsible for the configuration of planned orders, production orders and demand
management. I built interfaces to manufacturing execution. I developed the documentation regarding
configuration and material training and did functional specs to reports. I was responsible for the
cut over plan and Go-Live support.

data. I was responsible for the configuration and documentation regarding configuration and material
training. Functional specs to reports was part of my responsibility. Cut over plan and Go-Live
support was part of my role in this project. I was responsible for coordinating the team after the
project manager left the project.

Project: Eurofarma Company - Pharmaceutical Industry (May 2007 - Jun 2007)
Role: PP/PI and APO/Demand Planning Consultant (hands on) Implement of APO Demand Planning of mySAP

In this project, I was responsible for doing the Drawing phase together with Eurofarma's team,
reviewing the processes to Sales Plan and to Sales Forecast and doing the analysis of adherence in
SAP/R/3 and in DP/APO. I also prepared the documentation for validation of the processes and
supplied workshops to demonstrate the adherence of the DP solution. I did the calculation of Sizing

Project: Amanco Holding - Transformation industry (Mar 2007 - May 2007)
Role: APO/Demand Planning Consultant (hands on) Implement of APO Demand Planning of mySAP SCM
Version - 5.0
During this project, I was responsible for doing the drawing phase together with Amanco's team,
reviewing the processes to Sales Plan and to Sales Forecast and performing the analysis of adherence
in SAP/R/3 and in DP/APO.
I prepared the documentation for validation of the processes and supplied workshops to demonstrate
the adherence of the DP solution.

Part of my responsibilities was to review the processes and the structuring of the Demand Management
and Process Orders and organized the documentation for the validation of the processes and the
templates and to prepare the spreadsheets for PP and PP/PI master data load (BOM, Routings, PI
Sheets, Production Versions, Work Center and Resources) and support to do X-steps set up.
I lectured workshops to demonstrate the adherence of the DP, prepared the BBP during the survey
phase, documenting the scenarios developed to support all of the processes, activities and tasks
related to Demand Management; Evaluated the adherence to technical solution, identifying the gaps,
developments and reports of Boticário's new process and business requirements.

Project: INA - Scheffler Group (Brazil and Germany) - Auto parts Industry (Aug 2002 - Apr 2003)
Role: SAP PP - Production Planning Consultant spent 5 weeks at INA's head offices in Germany, where
I attended various workshops and workgroups to analyze the developments and adjustments made in the
SAP on INA's implementation. After that developed and analyzed the "AS IS" of the analysis of the
adherence of the process gaps, as well as the "TO BE" for SAP R/3 version 4.6.
