Key Result Areas:
* Participating in full lifecycle implementation projects for the SAP PM module by supervising
client interactions, documentation, fit-gap analysis, change management, system configuration &
testing and post go-live Support activities
* Mapping the business process cycle for PM (Preventive, Corrective, Breakdown, Refurbishment and
Calibration)
* Creating screen design for different notification to record different parameters like production
and interruption delay
* Customization, data migration by Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW), Business Application
Programming Interface (BAPI), Batch Data Communication (BDC), and so on.
* Assisting with BI reporting, develop designs, process modeling and preparing proof of concept
document &training document activities
* Assisting with IDOCs (inbound and Outbound) to process maintenance orders from different systems
* Supporting Mobile solution, which helps in processing of maintenance activities on i-Pads and
mobile device
* Leading tasks such as Business Blueprint, gap analysis, functional design and specification
writing, configuration and testing strategy, cut-over planning of SAP PM and its integration with
other modules
* Configuring the following in the PM Module:
* Organisational Structures: Defining Plant section, Planner group, work centers technical
Object, Structure Indicator for Functional Location and assigning organisational units in
Plant Maintenance
* Master Data: Defining the structure for Functional Location and Equipment Category, serial
number profile, Measuring points and counter points, Task list, Partners, BOM.
* Maintenance Processing: Defining the Notification Type, Order Type, Task List, Maintenance
Strategies and Maintenance Plan
* Studying and analysing the present business process pertaining to plant maintenance, creating
structures related to Master Data
* Implemented Subcontracting process in fleet management process and hand on experience on
Operation level costing along with digital signature.
* Hands on experience on Stability study process in SAP QM

* Supporting the SAP System in the PM & QM Module and System Access & Authorizations:
* Assessing the system solution and implemented various improvements to enhance the work
management process
* Designing and implementing enhancement to the system for assisting project teams with Master
Data updates
* Implementing a controlled procedure for system security, establishing a process for requesting
system access and user creation
* Master data Migration: Hands on experience on ETL (Extraction, Transformation and Loading)
process
* Worked on data extraction process from Maximo system to SAP system and preparation of STM
templates
* Explaining master data load templates to the users.
* Preparing validation error report for pre-load template and sending error report file to the
business and explaining the error values to user.
* ETM Master data: Hands on experience on configuring master of ETM (Equipment master, Catalogs,
BOM, Owner & Administrator)
* Configuring of Time based and Performance based document creation(Internal and external rental
process), consumable and non consumable materials.
* Time based: Time based Equipment, Recipients, Planning of equipment , Shipping document
creation and settlement of time based document.
