Leading of a European Supply Chain Efficiency Program to regain effeciency and effectiveness across the European factory and distribution network following major industry-wide regulation on track&trace.
Organized in three workstreams along the end-to-end supply chain and covering factories, markets and central functions:
- Planning&Preparation: Streamlining the planning and master data (GTIN) management processes
- Manufacturing Operations: Increasing OEE and manufacturing stability utilizing the mature CI infastructure and initiating improvement projects across the factory network
- Warehouse&Distribution: Stabilising the track&trace impact on operations and limiting the efficiency impact by introducing processes and CI activities across the European market organisations
