-Achieve business goals by developing the Trade Marketing strategy for the brands in charge with, in order to
support the sales team in implementing the marketing activities of the company for Romania & Rep.Moldova)
- Developing & implementing the trade marketing strategy for Romania and for Rep. Moldova.
- Leading role in design and implementation of tailor-made activities and promotions for customer / sales
channel.
-Budget management for best in class (quality and price-wise) executions for the trade marketing activities
- Propose the price strategy within the retail channel for the promo campaigns, in order to maximize the sales,
in a profitable way.
- Identify the customers' needs in order to develop a healthy business with them..
- Identify the shoppers' needs and develop new concepts and mechanisms for the POS activities based on
Shopping Insights.
-Offer proper solutions for POS: especially visibility & communication solutions, due to the experience and
technical knowledges acquiered in the last years.
-Category and customer POS leader, thus actively monitor and control executions at the point of sale - own
activities and the market (POSM and BTL activities):
*in-store brandings concepts: permanent 2nd placements
*in-department brandings concepts: shelf brandings
*in-category brandings concepts
*other types of brandings concepts, in order to increase brand likebility at the POS and convince the
shoppers to buy our products.
-Part of the POS Expert team CEE - propose and develop POS solutions(toghether with CEE collegues) in
order to increase the product visibility at the POS.
- Monitoring and leading "best practice" execution ideas for the region to satisfy local market needs the best
way;
-Identify new sales opportunities for development in order to achieve company goals.
-Leading role for financial / sales pre and post evaluation of important activities thus pro-actively driving
constant improvements.
-Close cooperation with Marketing and Sales department to share information, plan together activities and
ensure best-in-class POS executions that drive results for the brands / customers;.
- Permanent part of the field - field visits.
