Simulator for 660 MW plant. The Simulator was used for DCS logic verification and Babcock Process Design data
validation. Also developed a Clarifier model in FORTRAN language for FGD Waste water treatment OTS in phase II.
* Nebraska Public Power Corporation, USA. Model Engineer (role). Developed Dry FGD OTS, which was integrated
with emulated Ovation DCS to train operators.
* Mirant, Sual Power plant (Philippines), Model Engineer (role). Developed a wet flue gas desulphurization process

* Sponsored by SINTEF, NORWAY. Sulphur reduction in the Naphtha product obtained by Fluidized Catalytic Cracking.
Developed a Lab scale reactor which used to test different adsorbent for sulphur reduction process.
* Sponsored by DST and DRDO, India. Carried out studies for development of Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA)
Technology for purification of crude helium. In this project extended 2 Bed PSA process to 3 Bed PSA which
performed adsorption/regeneration simultaneously. Patent also on this process.
* Sponsored by DST, India. Carried out scale-up studies for Helium recovery by Pressure Swing Adsorption process
and also developed single bed process model simulation which was used for parameter estimation.
