* Managed a team of 28 Team members for Philippines implementation project both from offshore and
onsite
* Team comprises of Commercial (SD), SCM, Data, Operations (PM,QM, ) and Development teams
* Coordinating with global SIA's on weekly basis for functional specifications approval to start
the development
* Coordinate with Business for data loads (Master data in Mock1 ) and involve in reviews for the

Project: Ford Motors

* Leading a team of 7 Team members from offshore on S4 HANA Greenfield project in Assessment

processes to map it with S4 HANA and prepare high level technical design document and present
to client and onsite leadership
* Interacting with the client Manager on the daily basis and discussing about the status of my
deliverables
* Co-ordinate with Basis team for preparing a To-Be Landscape document for Ford business
* Working on Scope statement document for the project (High Level)
Client Impact: Tech Lead in Ford Procurement transformation team from offshore and did the
assessment of legacy systems which can be transformed to S4 HANA system and created a list of
prospective RICEFW objects.
Project: Infinenon AG (Partial billing)

* Managing a team of 28 technical team members for SAP HANA Implementation project on
modules/Tracks: SCM, Finance, Quality and Data
* Involved with data team lead for data migration using SLT and BODS from legacy systems (data
team)
* Involved in Management and functional leads meeting for clearing On hold objects on daily basis
to be on track for delivering the objects
* Involve in Data team deliverables directly and do the reviews for all the technical designs and
Code for critical objects and assign tasks
Client Impact: Part of Infineon Project as offshore Manager to handle high amount of 'On Hold'
objects and defects. Brought down all the 'On Hold', objects to 4 in 3 weeks' time by conducting
daily meetings with Onsite functional teams and technical teams from all locations. For the
development to continue without any roadblocks and achieve the timelines.

Firm Initiatives:

* Currently managing a firm initiative for SD BOT's where 43 prospective SD processes are planned
for atomization with a team of 6 RPA developers and 5 SD Functional practitioners
* Managed DPACT to Service Now functionality initiative and moving the same functionality to
Agile Manager currently. Leading 22 practitioners in this firm initiative

* Leading a team of 24 Team members from offshore for DC South Africa and 3 Sodexho Technical
practitioners
* Involve in technical issues of ABAP and XI along with the team members (Having knowledge in XI)
* Responsible for Maintaining Status report and Daily tracker about the status of the objects
assigned to the developers

Client Impact: Sodexho AMS: This project had a small team of 3 ABAP resources from offshore and was
supposed to close down but we managed to get the extension for additional 8 months support due to
our performance and value we created for the client.

* Responsible to lead AMS SharePoint portal development/Adoption for all AMS Practitioners
internal usage and monitor its usage and contribution
* Leading two threads of HANA Centre of Excellence across USI AMS practice
