* Involved with data team lead for data migration using SLT and BODS from legacy systems (data
team)
* Involved in Management and functional leads meeting for clearing On hold objects on daily basis
to be on track for delivering the objects
* Involve in Data team deliverables directly and do the reviews for all the technical designs and
Code for critical objects and assign tasks
Client Impact: Part of Infineon Project as offshore Manager to handle high amount of 'On Hold'
objects and defects. Brought down all the 'On Hold', objects to 4 in 3 weeks' time by conducting
daily meetings with Onsite functional teams and technical teams from all locations. For the
development to continue without any roadblocks and achieve the timelines.

Firm Initiatives:

* Currently managing a firm initiative for SD BOT's where 43 prospective SD processes are planned
for atomization with a team of 6 RPA developers and 5 SD Functional practitioners
* Managed DPACT to Service Now functionality initiative and moving the same functionality to
Agile Manager currently. Leading 22 practitioners in this firm initiative
